On Saturday, February 1, 2025, Jason Alvey, a Junior Member, took part in a SkillsUSA EMS Skills competition which was hosted by the Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Department. Nine teams from St. Mary's, Charles, and Calvert counties participated in a multievent competition that judged the competitors on multiple different categories. At 7:15 PM on January 23, volunteers from Company 6 responded to Lexington Park in the Tri-Community Way mobile home park for a structure fire. The caller advised the entire structure was on fire. Units arrived to find a single wide mobile home fully engulfed in flames.
