Merry Christmas Everyone! The Second District VFD&RS, Inc. is happy to announce the lucky winners of the 2024 Big Cash Raffle. The Raffle is held annually during the Fall months in memory of our past beloved Life Member John P. (Chuck) Charles. The drawing was held on December 11, 2024 at the Department's December Business Meeting.
