On Saturday, June 17, at approximately 3:19 PM, units from Second District VFD&RS, Leonardtown VFD, Leonardtown VRS, ALS Units, NDWFD, and MSP Trooper 2, were dispatched for the Motor Vehicle Accident reported serious with subjects heavily trapped in the 22000 block of Point Lookout Road. Units arrived to find a single patient trapped inside a vehicle with wires down on the vehicle and across the road.

Units worked together to free the occupant from the vehicle. The patient was transported to the landing zone in Callaway and flown to UM Capital Region Trauma Center for care. BDVFD Co. 3 covered the landing zone.

The scene was turned over to the Sheriff's Department and SMECO. All units returned to service.
