On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, the Second District VFD&RS had the drawing for the 2nd Annual Chuck Charles Memorial Big Cash Raffle. The lucky winners were as follows; 3rd Prize, $500.00, Wendy Van Noordt of Drayden 2nd Prize $1,000.00, Holly Ramirez of Lexington Park 1st Prize $10,000.00, Cathy Caulder of Tall Timbers The SDVFD&RS thanks all of our members and the citizens who assisted and/or purchased tickets for this event. Be on the lookout later this year for our 3rd Annual Chuck Charles Big Cash Raffle.
